RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
- We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.
- All the purchases will be non-refundable.
- All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non exchangeable.
- WE STRICTLY DO NOT DO RETURNS & REFUNDS. ONLY EXCHANGE (ONLY WHEN MANUFACTURING DEFECTS PROVEN) WITH A DIFFERENT SIZE OR GARMENT ONCE PER ORDER.
- We don’t have reverse pick up facility. Please send your product back to given address
- Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description before ordering.
- Return not accepted if customer wants to exchange the dress with different dress or sizes.
- Return not accepted if customer does not like the Cloth Material of the dress. Please read the description before ordering.
- Return not accepted if customer is not satisfied as we commit to deliver what we have displayed and for the prices we have charged is the best possible.
- Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
- NO REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE FOR THE PRODUCTS BOUGHT USING DISCOUNT CODES
- ANY SMALL ISSUES LIKE THREAD OR TASSELS PULLED, DAMAGED ZIP OR ANY OTHER SMALL ISSUE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR THAT AS THAT MIGHT HAPPEN DURING TRANSIT OF THE PRODUCT. YOU CAN EASILY FIX IT OR GET IT FIXED
- Exchanges are accepted ONLY IF THERE IS SOME MANUFACTURING DEFECT, then the garment should be sent back to us (you should ask for return address). The item should be dispatched back to us within 7 days after delivery and only after receiving the garment you will receive an email with the voucher code which you can redeem while placing the new order.
- If we sent different sizes other than what you had ordered than you can send it for exchange and request for a different size only once. Please write a note with your order no and size required for the dress. You are not allowed to buy a different dress. You will be getting the same dress in bigger or smaller size as per your note.
- If a product is wrongly delivered to you, please send it back to us as we don’t have reverse pick up facility, we will refund your courier charges. Please use a pocket friendly courier service to send the product back.
- 10-12% Color difference depends on the screen resolution, photography effects and lights please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
- Any product that needs to be exchanged should be sent back to us. We do not provide reverse pickups & the second round shipping is paid by customer.
- Taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website, for deliveries in India.
- For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country.
- The garment should be unused, unwashed and should not have any stains on it. Also the garment should be properly folded and packed. Else we will not be able to do the exchange for that product.
- Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
- All the sale & discounted purchase is non-exchangeable.
- Exchanges can be processed only once per order. (With given criteria)
- Exchanges should be done within a week of delivery.
- We are not responsible for any international shipment issue. We are giving you shipment in india, If you are shiping it international you are responsible for any type of issues. We can exchange the piece or refund only if we get the piece retun back to us. Better you or your team should check the piece when it’s in India then only you should ship it internationally.
Cancellation by the Urbanchic
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel.
We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Some situations that may result in your order being canceled
Include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Bank/Card Account (for e.g. 5-7 working days).
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Urbanchic and accept Urbanchic’s decision regarding the cancellation.
